Day 01: Yangon arrival & sightseeing (by car)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by Young Top Tycoon Tourism representative and our tour guide. Check in hotel. Yangon sightseeing includes; the Royal Park , one of the most popular green spaces in the downtown area of Yangon. Here you see the glittering Karaweik Barge, a replica of the Royal Bridge and enjoy the view over the lake up to the Shwedagon Pagoda. Visit to the city center with the gilded 2500 years Sule Pagoda.And visit colonial style buildings surrounding Mahabandula Park . Proceed toChaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda to see 70-meters long colossal reclining Buddha. Then drive to stroll through a narrow street of China Town including the short visit to Tao Temple. Then, shortly before sunset, the 107 meters high golden stupa of Shwedagon Pagoda will glitter in the soft light of the early evening.

Day02: Yangon – Bago – Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock) (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Kyaikhtiyo and on the way Bago sightseeing. Visit to Kyat Khet Wine Monastery, where a thousand monks take their last meal of the day at 10:00 am in total silence. Then continue toKyaikthiyo, one of Myanmar’s landmark, which is famous for its position and religious importance:Kyaikhtiyo the “Golden Rock “, huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. To reach the pagoda from Kin Pun a steep 11km road leads to the upper staging point by truck. Take a light trekking on the summit through bamboo forest.
Enjoy the sunset beauty on the hill top and overnight at the hotel in Kyaikhtiyo.
Day03: Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock) – Bago – Yangon (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, take a half hour walk to small cave. Also stop at the roadside shops for rare product of jungle, Midmorning, drive down to the base camp and return to Yangon. On the way visit most important sights of this old capital of the Mon People. Visit in Bago sightseeing: Shwemawdaw Pagoda, Hinthargone Pagoda and Kanbawza Thardi Palace built by King Bayinnaung. Then visit in and Shwethalyaung Pagoda (the world's most beautiful reclining Buddha) and Maha Zedi the Mon style. Then visit to Chinese Kwanyin Temple and a walk around the colorful Bago Market. Visit also and the huge 4 sitting Buddha's "Kyaikpun"(28 meter high huge Buddha Image). After that, drive back to Yangon and on the way visit the Allied War Cemetery near Htaukkyan, the final resting place for over 27,000 allied soldiers. As soon as you arrive to Yangon, stop to take photo in the front of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s house area who got Nobel peace prize in 1991.

Day 04: Yangon – Bagan (by flight & car)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport and fly to Bagan. Arrive Bagan and sightseeing includes; starts with the Nyaung Oo Colorful Local Market and then visit Shwezigon Pagoda, its magnificent golden stupa,Wet-Kyi Inn- Gubyaukgyi Temple, with superb mural paintings of jataka scenes, Htilominlo Temple noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed sand stone decoration. After that, Ananda Temple, architectural masterpiece of the early- style temple with four impressive standing Buddha images. Continue toThabinnyu Temple, the highest temple in Bagan, and Dhammayangyi Temple, the most missive temple, noted for its remarkable brickwork. Enjoy sunset over the site from the upper terrace of Shwesandaw Pagoda.

Day 05: Bagan sightseeing (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, visit Myinkaba Gubyaukgyi temple with the murals restored by UNESCO and Mya ze di pagoda, earlier Myanmar writing in 1113 AD and you can study about the toddy palm and how to make Myanmar chocolate. After that, proceed toMyinkaba Village for observing the traditional lacquer ware workshop to explore the process of making unquie Myanmar bowls and trays. Proceed to visit Manuha Temple and Nan Paya.Afternoon visit to Minnanthu village and photograph the village life.

Day 06: Bagan – Mt.Popa –Sale – Bagan (by car)

Climb up Mt.Popa, a perfect place for Eco-tourism, and view the surrounding area. Continue toSale, it is a small town about 55 km south of Bagan, down the Ayeyarwaddy river.Worth a visit is Yoke Sone Monastery with its exceptional woodcarvings on the outside of the building. Continue to a number of other old monasteries and splendid colonial style houses.

Day 07: Bagan – Mandalay – Amarapura (by flight and car)
Early morning breakfast at hotel, transfer to the Bagan airport for Mandalay. Arrive at Mandalay, start forAmarapura excursion, firstlyMahagandayon Monastery, where more than a thousand monks live and study and then U Bein Bridge. There, you can take a walk over the world’s longest teakwood bridges. Continue drive to Mandalay visit in Maha Myat Muni Pagoda, Tapestry making home cottage, Marble carving workshop, Gold-leaf Beating workshop, Silk weaving home cotta and Bronze Casting. Shewnandaw Monastery (Golden Palace) noted for its exquisite wood carving,Kuthodaw Pagoda known as the World’s Biggest Book for its stone slabs of Buddhist scripture, and in the evening enjoys the sunset from Mandalay Hill.

Day 08: Mandalay –Mingun – Ava – Sagaing– Mandalay (by car ,boat &, horse cart)
After breakfast at hotel, depart from Mandalay on a private boat along theAyeyarwaddy River to visit Mingun, a village on the west bank of the river. Visit in Mingun Pathotawgyi, the world renowned ringing Mingun Bell,Myatheintan Pagoda and surrounding villages. Proceed to Ava (Innwa) and visit the village and the old wooden monastery of Ava (Innwa), old pagodas from 16 Century and photograph the rice fields surrounded by old pagodas. Travel by horse cart to see the Bagaya Monastery (for photo shoot of novices and kids din the monastic school) and the old Royal Palace.
Then proceed to Sagaing Hill – known as the center for meditation. Hill sides are dotted with numerous pagodas and Monasteries. Visit to Khaungmudaw Pagoda, Silver-smith workshop, In the evening enjoy the sunset from Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda at Sagaing Hill. Return to Mandalay .

Day 09: Mandalay – PyinOo Lwin (by car)
Early morning breakfast at hotel, proceed to Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo, flower city or hillock step city was a British Hill station during the Colonial era also in current pretty little hill resort for visitors). The first place for sightseeing starts with the pleasant picnic spot Peik Chin Myaung Cave, near Wetwun Village. Following up isPwe Kauk Waterfall(8 km from the town.) The another highlight is National Kandawgyi Garden(about 50 acre in size containing , 4048 trees mostly pine varieties, 575 different floral species and many exotic fruits and flowers.). In the evening. Take a free walking around down town area by exploring the British buildings and cottages.

Day 10: Pyin Oo Lwin – NaungCho – Hsipaw – Lashio (by car)
Early morning breakfast at hotel, check out for continuing to Hispaw via Naungcho where the world famous “ Gohteik Viaduct” is the highest bridge in Myanmar and when it was completed the largest railway trestle in the world. The bridge is located approximately 100 km northeast of Mandalay. Taking by train looking for sceneries and arrive Naungpin railway station. After that, take back by the car to Hsipaw. In Hsibaw, visit Hsibaw Hall(Shan Lord Palace) and Bawkyo Pagoda. After that, proceed to Lashio, the trading center for Northern Shan State at the beginning of the famous Burma Road leading into China.

Day 11: Lashio (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, starts for the sightseeing with the colorful Lashio Market, can see the Chinese, Wa, Shan, Myanmar, Lisu and Palaung nationalities together for their daily shopping. Follow up is Quan Yin San Temple, the main largest Chinese Temple in Myanmar and new Pyi Lone Chan Thar pagoda, which sites on Mya Kan Hill in the northern part of town and take the panorama view of the town. Over there, visit in the villages ofPalaung minorities of Shan State in the out of town area. After that, continue to attractive Hot Springs which can be taken the shower peacefully.

Day 12: Lashio –Mandalay (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, leave from Lashio to Mandalay. On the way, take the panorama views for the photos along the road. Arrive Mandalay in the late afternoon, and take a short rest at hotel. Then, start for the Mandalay Hill for the beautiful sunset.

Day 13: Mandalay – Heho – InleLake (by car & flight and boat)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport to Mandalay airport for flight to Heho. Arrive Heho and proceed to Inle Lake by boat, on the way visit to Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery and check in hotel. Then sightseeing on the lake includes blacksmith and silversmith workshop, floating islands, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, Unique Leg-rowers, Traditional Fishing Method and Silk Weaving. Then visit to Nga Phe Chaung Monastery, so called “Jumping cat’s monastery”. Photograph the long neck family on the way back (Padaung Women).

Day 14: Inle Lake – Indein – Heho - Yangon (by boat, car & flight)
After breakfast at hotel, board your boat to the western shore of the Lake where you will find the beginning of a stair path leading to the hidden and unknown Indein Pagoda complex. Visit one of the most amazing historical sights on the shore of the lake consisting of hundreds of small stupas overgrown by moss and greens. Continue on foot to a village nearby where several crops are grown in traditional ways. Walk in an easy pace along one of the many creeks passing through rice fields to the village of Sea Ma. Visit the primary school of the village where you will have the possibility to meet the children and teachers to observe their way of learning and teaching. Walk across to the weaving village of Tha Lay where you meet the people in the villages on the lake and travel to one of the monasteries to observe the monastic activities. Return drive to Heho and fly back to Yangon.

Day 15: Yangon sightseeing & departure (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, morning visitBotataung Pagoda and Nanthida Jetty and watch the traffic on the Yangon River; here luxury cruise liners come to berth at this jetty quite often. Shopping at Gems mart andHandicraft shops at Bogyoke (Scott) Market where you can buy many souvenirs. And visit Kaba Aye (World Peace) Pagoda and drive to Yangon International airport for departure. If time permit on the way visit to Lawka Chanthar Arbayar Laba Muni Buddha Image (Kyauktawgyi) and White Elephant camp and departure.
