Yangon – Mandalay – Amarapura – Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo) – Naung Cho – Naung Pein (via Gokteik Viaduct) – Hsipaw – Lashio – Mandalay - Yangon
Day 01: Yangon arrival & sightseeing (by car)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by Young Top Tycoon Tourism representative and our tour guide. Check in hotel. Yangon sightseeing includes; the Royal Park, one of the most popular green spaces in the downtown area of Yangon. Here you see the glittering Karaweik Barge, a replica of the Royal Bridge and enjoy the view over the lake up to the Shwedagon Pagoda. Visit to the city center with the gilded 2500 years Sule Pagoda. And visit colonial style buildings surrounding Mahabandula Park. Proceed toChaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda to see 70-meters long colossal reclining Buddha. Then drive to stroll through a narrow street of China Town including the short visit to Tao Temple. Then, shortly before sunset, the 107 meters high golden stupa ofShwedagon Pagoda will glitter in the soft light of the early evening.

Day 02: Yangon – Mandalay – Amarapura (by flight & car)
Early morning breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for fly to Mandalay . Arrive Mandalay and check in hotel.
Continue drive to Mandalay visit inMaha Myat Muni Pagoda, Tapestry making home cottage,Marble carving workshop, Gold-leaf Beating workshop, Silk weaving home cottage and Bronze Casting. Shewnandaw Monastery (Golden Palace) noted for its exquisite wood carving.
In the late afternoon visit Amarapura excursion, firstly Mahagandayon Monastery , where more than a thousand monks live and study and then U Bein Bridge . There, you can take a walk over the world’s longest teakwood bridges and the sunset from U Bein Bridge.

Day 03: Mandalay – Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo) (by car)
Early morning breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport to Mandalay. After Mandalay, proceed to Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo, flower city or hillock step city was a British Hill station during the Colonial era also in current pretty little hill resort for visitors). The first place for sightseeing starts with the pleasant picnic spot Peik Chin Myaung Cave , near Wetwun Village. Following up isPwe Kauk Waterfall (8 km from the town.) The another highlight is National Kandawgyi Garden (about 50 acre in size containing , 4048 trees mostly pine varieties, 575 different floral species and many exotic fruits and flowers and Chenese Temple. In the evening, take a free walking around down town area by exploring the British buildings and cottages.

Day 04: Pyin Oo Lwin – Naung Cho – Naung Pein – Hsipaw (by car & train)
Early morning breakfast at hotel, at 08: 00 hours transfer to Pyin Oo Lwin(Maymyo) Rail way station for an adventurous train journey to Naung Pein village. Drive to Hsipaw via Naung Cho where the world famous " Gokteik Bridge " is the 100 yards over viaduct rail line is still in use. We will proceed by train looking for sceneries and bridge from Rail Station of Naungcho to Naungpin Station where we will pick you up to Hsipaw; ( a small town traditionally ruled by the Sawbwa (Chieftain of region) on the way of trip house we will showHsipaw Haw ;( well known as Shan Lord Palace know an architectural design reminiscent of the British country home. Later we will stop front of Bawkyo Pagoda(The four Buddha images enshrined in the inner sanctum they are brought out during the Shan Festival, the faithful to worship and gild with gold leaves it).

Day 05: Hsipaw full day sightseeing (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, driving for morning trip to North of Hsipaw along pretty narrow hi-way road to Nam Sam, Namtu with chaming country sights scenery, through Tai Shan villagesand rice paddy, monastery for about 40 m and reach to Palaung villages (hill-tribe villager with costume). Make a visit in thise viallage to observe village life of Minorities and get on the car again, drive backward and visit more Palaung, Tai Shan villages. After wards, drive againg to have sightseeing around Shan Palace, Little Bagan, Nat Shrine, Shan Chief’s Tomb, Tai Shan monastery , nunnery which 170 nuns are schooking and view point,Hot Spring (in water) or Nine Buddha Hill for Sunset and drive back to hotel.

Day 06: Hsipaw (4hrs walking, round trip) – Lashio (by foot & car)
After breakfast at hotel, farmer’s villages, the panoramic scenery ofpaddy, seasonal crops, mountain, river, living style of Shan villages House wife home business (hand fan, basket with weaving bamboo, cheroot rolling). After this we will start journey toLashio thoroughly.

Day 07: Lashio sightseeing (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, we will provide excursion Lashio there is in relative proximity to China, is a trading town in a mountain basin at 855 meters (2800 ft) above sea level and inhabited mostly by ethnic Shan, Lishaw, Palung, Koekant and mixed blood Chinese . The bustling main market of Lashio's town center and the night market behind it are fun to visit. Then Manzi Paya Hill, Mya Kantha Hill where you can take panorama view of environment The most worthy visit of the town is a half or full day excursion to the villages of Palaung minorities of Shan State in the outskirts of the town. A famous hot spring is located edge of town if you wish we will arrange taking shower.

Day 08: Lashio-Mandalay (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, we will provide leave for Mandalay. We will drive in same traffic way down and up on the serpent and hill step road to Mandalay. We will take a rest for lunch at a delicious Shan food restaurant on the way. We will arrive to Mandalay late afternoon check in at hotel and take a rest a few hours then we will provide to see sun set on the Mandalay hill .

Day 09: Mandalay – Yangon (by car & flight)
After breakfast at hotel transfer to airport for fly back to Yangon. As soon as you arrive to Yangon, stop to take photo in the front of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s house area who got Nobel peace prize in 1991. Transfer to hotel.
In the afternoon, will continue toNational Museum, Botataung Pagoda and Nanthida Jetty and watch the traffic on the Yangon River; here luxury cruise liners come to berth at this jetty quite often.

Day 10: Yangon sightseeing & departure (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, shopping atGems mart and Handicraft shops at Bogyoke (Scott) Market where you can buy many souvenirs. And visitKaba Aye (World Peace) Pagoda and drive to Yangon International airport for departure. If time permit on the way visit to Lawka Chanthar Arbayar Laba Muni Buddha Image (Kyauktawgyi) and White Elephant camp anddeparture .
